She is a lawyer and member of the Banking and Insurance Law Department. In terms of her professional career, she has worked during two years in a law firm, being in charge primarily of clients related to Civil Law (Horizontal Property, Urban Leasing, Probate Law, etc.) and in some cases related to criminal, mercantile and tax law.
Her daily work is primarily related to first level financial institutions, managing all types of matters, both in and out of court, and dealing with both declarative and enforcing procedures, as well as insolvency procedures. Within the enforcing procedures, she manages the enforcement of mortgage-secured loans.
In addition, she is in charge of following up on dossiers, drafting lawsuits and lawsuit replies as well as legal consulting for clients.
When dealing with a case, she always prepares the topic thoroughly, making use of both applicable laws and codes but also case law, in order to be able to provide an answer for that specific topic.
